Now when I get through riding the overflow for the radiator starts to spew a little but its not getting hot the engine holds.

2005 Yamaha YZ450FT exhaust will get very very hot quickly. The 2 pipes are the back 2 on the passenger side only all other exhaust pipes seems fine. But you say the exhaust coming out of the front cylinder isnt hot but the pipe is.
